AI challenges America's paper-based identity. This talk examines how AI drives identity transformation via a framework from 'proof of person' to 'proof of intent.' Our fragmented identity industry exists due to fundamental flaws. As deepfakes explode and AI agents act for people, we need new identity models for an era where "what is real?" becomes the critical question.
